Marie Baker

Marie is mum to Katie who is 6 and Aimee who is 4 and has Dravet syndrome. She lives in Eastbourne in East Sussex and alongside her voluntary work for The IDEA League works as an outreach worker for Children’s Services.

Frances Baker

Frances is Marie’s Mother in Law and doting granny to Katie and Aimee (along with 6 other grandchildren). She has been a huge support to Marie and her family and was very keen to become involved with The IDEA League UK. Frances resides in Hailsham in East Sussex.

Dawn Paterson

Dawn is mum to Hannah and Harley. Harley is 4 years old and suffers from Dravet Syndrome. Dawn and her partner Adam are organisers of the hugely successful annual“Chester Challenge” cycle ride.

Amy Thompson

Amy is mum to Teddy who is 6 years old and suffers from Dravet syndrome. She works as a lecturer in accountancy when she’s not running around after Teddy and lives in Middlesbrough.
